So satisfied with my choice of kayak. Paddling mostly up north in Sweden, often with the sea in sight. Playful, responds to steering immediately, turns in no time when you want to change direction, perfect as I also like to take photos. Comfortable in the seat, I am immediately in harmony with the water. Reasonably fast. Fun in wild waves, yet stable. tracks perfect with skeg & rudder. I love the look on it, even other boat people give it attention. So satisfied.

The Melker Väderö in white with flax composite is a beautiful, lightweight and stable kayak. A fantastic all-round kayak that suits most people. This was our second one!

I've had embarrassingly many different kayaks and surf skis. Never before have I been so satisfied with the finish and feel of the kayak. It's nice to paddle both with and without packing. Without packing, it feels just right to fold down the skeg, otherwise I don't feel a great need for it. My first trip with the kayak was closer to 70 km so I got to feel it for real.
