Beginning fall 2023 we are setting up the production of our new kayaks featuring our latest technology in the heart of Stockholm Archipelago. Rindö is also Melker HQ and the place where we produce our award winning kayaks that later are sent out all across the globe.

Kayak laminator
As a kayak laminator you are working in our production line building the deck and hulls of our kayaks.
Cutting materials, packing and arranging laminates, and vacuum bagging are part of your daily rutines.
Who are you?
We believe that you have previous experience in building/laminating watercraft from composite materials,
with kayak lamination being a significant plus. Perhaps you also have experience with various processes (vacuum, hand lamination, Pre-Preg, etc.) and different materials such as glass, carbon, and flax fiber, in combination with polyester and epoxy.
As we strive to manufacture our products with the smallest possible carbon footprint, we invest heavily in research and development with bio-based alternatives - so anything you can contribute to take further steps is highly welcome.

marine painter
As a marine painter you are the one who make our kayaks look beautiful. You are a part of our production line where, masking, surface preparation and spraying is part of your daily duties.
Who are you?
We believe that you have previous experience in marine painting or in automotive prep & paint with kayak painting being a significant plus.
You have a great eye for details and perhaps have additional knowledge of different techniques (In-Mould-coating, gelcoat etc).

Kayak Assembly
Kayak assembly is the last phase of the kayak production line. When working in assembly you are responsible of putting all the bits and pieces together into a complete kayak. Gluing, cutting, drilling and sanding are all parts of the daily duties.
Who are you?
We believe that you have a good hand with different hand tools, have a drive to learn and attention to details.
Previous experience in marine assembly is a plus.
