Sedan 2015 har Melker of Sweden genom initiativet Paddla för Musikhjälpen samlat in pengar till förmån för Sveriges Radios, SVTs och Radiohjälpens välgörenhetsprojekt Musikhjälpen. Tidigare har initiativet bla paddlat hela vägen från Stockholm till glasburen och längs vägen serverat mat på de städers torg de passerat på vägen.   2021 håller de till hos Paddla i Pampas @ Pampas marina i Stockholm och årets utmaning är att hålla (minst) två kajaker i rörelse runt Kungsholmen, dygnet runt under de 144 timmar som programledarna sänder live!
